Highridge Water Authority has partnered with Nationwide Payment Solutions and
is now offering online bill payment. For your convenience, you can pay with a
credit/debit card or e-check! All you need is the account number from your water
bill and your choice of payment!
Highridge will be sent an e-mail within a day that the payment has been made.
However, if you have received a late notice on your account, please call the office
to let us know that you have made the payment online. It’s simple to use and payments
can be made any time of the day or night right from your computer!

Fee Schedule :
Electronic Check Fee – $1.50 per transaction
Credit / Debit Card – $3.00 minimum, or 2.65% of transaction amount.
**In an effort to encourage social distancing and help customers that are financially impacted by COVID-19, Nationwide Payment Solutions (MUNICIPAY) has lowered its credit card fee temporarily to $1.50 minimum (Up to $60)
or 2.5 % of the transaction amount**

Bill Payment Service
Highridge Water Authority is pleased to announce we now offer automatic bill payment service!
Are you tired of paying for stamps to mail bills and/or paying late fees because you lost the bill or forgot about it? We have a solution! Take a few minutes to read and complete the attached form and your bill payer service will be set up in a few weeks. Once received by Highridge, please allow one billing cycle before the service will begin. You will know that it has started because the following notation will be on your water bill: Do not send payment, total amount will be deducted from your bank account on the due date The exact date of debit from your checking account will depend on your due date, although it will never be deducted before the due date.
